Breathwork is a therapeutic experience which creates a relaxed state of consciousness. This can be carried out and enjoyed by just about everyone. It's beneficial for people who want to improve their overall health and wellbeing. For someone who wants to find clarity and purpose in their life, it’s great. For those who find it uncomfortable, daunting, embarrassing or too painful to talk to a therapist this is very effective. It’s an incredible way of releasing repressed emotions, fear, stress and trauma.
Until we make a decision to create the space to release all of what’s holding us back, we will never fully move forward. Subconscious trauma is what holds us back.

Before we begin, we will have a pre-briefing, and your intention of what you would like from the session is acknowledged. Lying flat on your back we always begin breathing with a nasal breath to help connect with our heart coherence. We then transition into a connected mouth breathing exercise. A unique selection of music will be playing in the background which is tailored to your session. The chosen music flows and compliments the personal guidance you receive from me, creating the full experience of breathwork.
Breathwork sessions vary from person to person. As well as the emotional release a breathwork session can also be quite a physical experience. You may experience tingling around the body, tightness, and cramping. During a session your brain can sometimes release DMT (N, N-Dimethyltryptamine is a substituted tryptamine) which is what assists in allowing us to access profound altered states of consciousness.
