Reconnecting with our breath has never been so important. My mission is to get the world breathing again by consciously reconnecting with the breath.
To remind humanity that it’s OK to breathe freely with no judgment.
We will breathe to heal not only ourselves but others around us too.
I commit to spending my life encouraging people to connect with their breath which ultimately brings us back to who we truly are.
Daily breath practices work incredibly well in regulating our nervous system and keeping us in a harmonious state of being. With simple daily breath exercises which have been tried and tested for thousands of years, this can positively change your life in a moment.
A conscious connected inhale breath followed by a conscious connected exhale breath will bring people who spend most of their days thinking about the past or the future back into this very moment we call the now.
In the spirit of reconciliation, Breathe2heal recognises the deep connection to Country of Aboriginal people as the first people of this nation. We fully acknowledge the Custodians of this land, sea and sky. We pay our sincere respects to the Elders past and present and also honour the collective ancestry that has brought us all here today.
